Using specialist plant, Geobind has the unique ability to return soil properties and offer regrowth on temporary works, the methodology reduces vehicle movements and CO2 along with disruption to local infrastructure. On permanent works no type 1 regulating layer is required potentially negating aggregate import.

Geobind shares a COSSH similar to that of cement and is extremely low risk to work with. Dust free methods of working mean health and environmental risks are kept to a minimum. A complete lack of caustic lime is beneficial to your risk assessments and method statements as well as to the environment. The vast reduction or complete lack of aggregate use is beneficial to the burden on natural resource and the knock-on effect on heavy site vehicle movements further improves site safety.

Geobind is mixed in situ with existing sub soil and compacted causing a thermal reaction and binds to itself creating bonds within the soil. Cured within 48 hours, trafficking can commence offering significant programme reduction.
